Attending the customers at visa counter
Answering telephone calls and e-mails regarding visa matters
Registration and / or control of visa applications in computer system
Diverse: bookkeeping, archiving visa files etc.
Your Profile:
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Arabic
Very good communication skills (written and spoken) in German and/or French
University degree
Very good computer skills
