•إجراءات الحجز الكاملة وحجز التذاكر على نظام Avtra PSS.
•الرد على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني مع معلومات الحجز والتأكيد والتفاصيل الإضافية.
•قادر على تشغيل حجوزات الطيران المحوسبة وأنظمة كول سنتر.
• الخبرة: 1-2 سنوات.
• مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية: ممتاز.

Description
We are looking for detail-oriented reservation agents to assist our customers with their booking needs. You will provide various planning and booking services, including answering customers’ questions, making travel suggestions, and booking tickets.Reservation Agent Responsibilities: -Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances. -Processing payments and sending confirmation details to customers. -Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. -Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree. 1-year experience Amadeus or previous experience in using any reservation system is preferred. Good Command of English Language. Second language is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Flexible working hours.
