Manage Collections Tele-Calling to maintain portfolio quality and to maximize Collectors performance to minimize delinquency and credit losses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Overall experience 8 - 9 years, minimum 6 - 7 years Collection or related Credit experience.
• Collection Techniques, Product knowledge and Credit Knowledge
• Negotiation skills and Analytical skills

SMEs Relationship officer
· Bachelor degree from accredited university in (Commerce, Business Administration, Economics & Finance) graduation year 2017,2018 and 2019
· Postgraduate course like (MBA/Credit Course /Other) will be more preferable.
· Presentable with good communication &negotiation skills
· Good knowledge of Accounting/Finance
· Creativity and strong Analytical skills with attention to details
· Good Research ability and Computer skills
· Strong command of English language
